Hello! My name is Anarely Ruíz and I am a designer, seamstress and mom.

Resident of beautiful Sayulita for 11 years but born in the Sonoran desert. Undoubtedly a lover of nature, the sea, surfing, sunsets and photography; but what I love the most is my work as the mother of a very intelligent child.

Anchor is born…

From the need to feel comfortable, safe and beautiful with a garment with which I could practice some water sport.

I started making my own swimsuits from my living room. My friends helped me spread the word and without realizing it, a few days later I was already making the first pieces to sell, and that made me feel very happy.

Without spending a lot of time I managed to get a small space in the "Mercado del Pueblo", where every Friday you can find my pieces. With a lot of effort and discipline, in a short time I already had a small store in the heart of Sayulita, where we are now.
